Seasonal Pricing Policies

1. Regular Season (Base Rates)

Published rates on our website correspond to regular season. They apply year-round, except for the periods detailed in point 2.

2. High Season – 20% Surcharge

Due to high demand at certain times of the year, packages that totally or partially include any of the following dates will carry a 20% surcharge on the base package price (including upgrades and additional experiences).

Mandatory surcharge dates (Peru):

Holy Week (from Ash Wednesday to Easter Sunday)

Inti Raymi (June 20 – 24)

Fiestas Patrias (July 27 – 29)

Christmas and New Year (December 20 – January 2)

Possible surcharge dates (check when quoting):

Long weekends in countries of origin (e.g., US Thanksgiving, Spring Break, European holidays)

Special events at destination (Andes Marathon, APEC Summit, etc.)

Note: The high-season surcharge reflects increased costs from our suppliers (hotels, lodges, carriers, guides) on those dates. If the final cost does not increase, the surcharge will not be applied.
